1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HouzzEdge website (the "Website"), a platform that provides a variety of digital marketing services. HOZZEDGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.  

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL HOZZEDGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF HOZZEDGE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HouzzEdge from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.   

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.   

10. Changes to Terms

HouzzEdge may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
